MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

Because those who care for others also need a space to care for themselves.

Oct 19th - 1st Nov, 2026 | 6:00 – 7:00 AM IST

An Evidence-Informed Breath Mindfulness Meditation Program Designed for Healthcare Professionals

Doctors, nurses, therapists and healthcare teams spend their days caring for others.

  1. You manage emergencies.

  2. You make critical decisions.

  3. You listen to difficult stories.

  4. You carry responsibility.

  5. You keep going—even when you are exhausted.

But somewhere between caring for everyone else and meeting endless professional demands, who takes care of you?

RESET is an invitation to pause. Breathe. Reconnect. Begin again.

A simple, practical and evidence-informed meditation program created especially for healthcare professionals who want to cultivate greater calm, clarity, resilience and inner balance—without stepping away from their professional responsibilities.

CARE FOR OTHERS. START WITH SELF

  • Healthcare is not only about treating the patient in front of you.

  • It is also about the state of the person providing the care.

  • When you are constantly operating under pressure, your mind rarely gets an opportunity to pause.

  • Mindfulness creates that pause.

  • Through simple breath-based practices, participants will learn to develop greater awareness of the present moment and create a healthier relationship with stress, thoughts, emotions and everyday challenges.

  • Research involving healthcare professionals suggests that mindfulness-based approaches can support stress reduction, well-being and aspects of compassion and self-care.

  3. Before the reports.

  4. Before the decisions.

Just you. Your breath. Your awareness.
One hour to slow down.
One hour to reconnect.
One hour to strengthen the most important instrument in healthcare:
YOU.

WHAT YOU MAY TAKE BACK WITH YOU

Not another task.
Not another complicated technique.
Not another item on your already-full schedule.

Instead:
🌿 A calmer beginning to your day
🧠 Greater awareness of your mind
🎯 Tools for cultivating focused attention
❤️ Greater self-compassion
🤝 A deeper connection with patients and people around you
🌱 A sustainable personal mindfulness practice

BECAUSE A HEALTHIER HEALTHCARE SYSTEM ALSO NEEDS HEALTHIER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

  • Healthcare professionals are trained extensively to diagnose, treat, manage and care.

  • But self-care is not selfish.

  • Taking a moment to breathe does not take away from patient care.

  • Creating inner space does not mean becoming less committed.

  • And caring for yourself does not mean caring less for others.

It can be the beginning of caring from a more centred place.

A GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF

You have spent years learning how to care for others.
Now give yourself permission to pause.
Breathe. Relax. Reconnect. Renew.

YOUR PATIENTS NEED YOUR SKILLS.
YOUR TEAM NEEDS YOUR PRESENCE.
YOUR FAMILY NEEDS YOU.
AND YOU NEED YOU.
