  • Weekly - two to three master classes of 30-min each on meditation wisdom during the session. 

  • Every Tuesday & Saturday -  Guest  Leaders Talk.

  • Every Friday - Break-out room sessions.

  • Every Sunday - longer group meditation.

  • Daily articles/resources to aid your meditation practice.

  • Audio recordings of guided music meditations.
