It’s All In The Mind: our mindset plays the biggest part in determining how far we will go!

A “fixed mindset” assumes that our abilities are inherent and immutable, while a “growth mindset” thinks that we can develop our intelligence and capacities through practice and effort.Neuroscience has now proven our “brain plasticity”(that (new) neural circuits in our brains can be created and strengthened with continued and repeated practice). Our brain is a limitless learning engine, built to serve a “Growth Mindset”, built to see all experiences as opportunities to learn and change.

In this program, you will learn about meditation and you will understand how meditation and mindfulness are a foundation to help you develop a “Growth Mindset” and coach your mind to value the all process of learning and growing; and feel limitless to “Explore. Dream. Discover” in your life. 

Course Structure

. 75 minutes daily sessions – online classes over Zoom

. Brief on concepts followed by Breath-Mindfulness Meditation

. Group meditation - enhanced by curated special music

. Guidance and Q&A in English by an experienced corporate meditation coach
