Friendship is an essential support as we navigate the waves of our life. And friendship is an infinite source of joy. In this program we will discuss, with a scientific voice, how Meditation and Mindfulness enable us to be present to our-self and to others, to be kind and non-judgmental tour-self and others, to care for and support each other unconditionally.


Mindfulness enables us to be open and inclusive, to really give ourselves to friendships and fully appreciate with joy its little and big things. We understand that we are interconnected with everyone and everything. And we naturally extend our friendship to Nature and all animals.


I am looking forward to seeing you on Saturday July 24th. We will talk about meditation, mindfulness and the Science of Friendship, and we will also share a powerful group guided meditation with music.


Course Structure

  • 1:30 hours online Master Class over Zoom

  • Brief on concepts followed by 40 minutes of Breath-Mindfulness Group meditation - enhanced by music

  • Guidance and Q&A in English by an experienced corporate meditation& mindfulness coach
